Sophisticated heat treatment equipment has been employed in our units to ensure every rolling and bending achieves its optimum standards of quality.
We have specifically dedicated heaters for smaller size pipe diameters, another which holds six different zones of semi-automatic temperature control, as well as another designed for preheat and post weld heat treating.
Each of these advanced machines, along with several others, ensures that we achieve the standard ranges of temperature parameters in every stage of manufacturing. There are four steps to it: stress relieving, normalizing, solution annealing and quenching or hardening. The size of the furnace is 8000mm × 7000mm × 2500mm.
